A new law passed by congress allows for the reimbursement of over-the-counter remedies through the Section 125 Spending Plan

(Flexible Spending Plan). The reimbursements only apply to over-the-counter drugs and do not include nutritionals such as vitamins or

herbs. If you have any question about the eligibility of a specific over-the-counter product, please contact grpadmin@mba.to.

Please note that as with other reimburseable items, you must provide a legible receipt for the item purchased with the name, date and

dollar amount of the purchase itemized on the receipt by the facility it was purchased from. For a review of the new provision and
