Before you enter the MBA claims system there are a few notes you may need to be aware of . . .

The preferred internet browser for the MBA claims system is Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or above. (Although the higher the version the better the browser will behave.) If you are using Netscape or some other browser, you may have some difficulty in viewing the information and/or getting into the system. If you have questions regarding this please contact MBA at admin@mba.to.

When logging into the MBA claims system, you must enter the User ID and the Password EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED IT. The claims system is case sensitive and if you enter the information in incorrectly, the system will not allow you to login. If you have a problem entering the system, please contact MBA at admin@mba.to .

For HRA Plan Participants, you will find claims information under the claims section and account balances under the Section 125 or FLEX section.

To access claims information you will need a logon. To obtain a provider logon you will need to contact MBA and submit your Name, FIN and mailing address. Once we have obtained your information, we will send the codes by mail to your office. If you have any questions please contact us.
